You already know my Omnichannel Inbox, and now it’s expanding with your Outlook channel. This means you can manage emails and new guest data seamlessly. With Copilot, I can create replies instantly and recognize returning guests, providing all the information I have on them. All communication flows into my hotel CRM, so you no longer need to juggle multiple channels.
I also recognize availability inquiries and forward them to my CRM, sending personalized offers instantly or even automatically via Auto Offer. For new guests, I automatically create profiles, ensuring no important contact details are lost.

2. Booking Confirmation & Guest Journey for external bookings
Not all bookings come through my system. I now send confirmations for bookings made via external portals, thanks to IBE/PMS imports. Communication begins immediately after the booking and remains consistent throughout the guest journey.
