Once you have created a template, you can quickly personalize it and reuse it with just a few clicks. You can send MICE offers to a single contact (for private events) or to an entire company (for corporate events).

In the backend, MICE offers are distinguished by the symbol 🏛️ from regular room offers.

To clearly and comprehensively present your spaces and services in the offer, you first enter all the information. For each conference/event room, you provide the room name and description, type, area, capacity, number of entrance doors, daily or half-day price. You can also specify the available equipment, such as WiFi, air conditioning, projector, flipchart, natural light, etc. All information 📋 is then automatically displayed in the offer.

Selling only spaces? There's more! In each MICE offer, you can include additional services specifically for the target audience, such as business lunches, catered coffee ☕ breaks, morning yoga sessions, etc. This way, you effortlessly maximize your revenue.

Your MICE offer can include not just a single conference or event space. With one click, you can add several 🔢 room variants, with detailed descriptions, prices, images, and floor plans.

If your offer recipients have any questions or requests, they can contact you at any time via the integrated Messenger. It is structured like a regular chat 🗨️ and is easy to use for both your potential guest and you. I don't just store the data of your overnight guests but also the data of the companies that take advantage of or request your MICE offers: including the company name, VAT number, employees and their roles, address, contact details, and requested services. A business trip also means managing important administrative 🧾 and bureaucratic aspects. This includes calculating VAT on every offer and service. In the MICE module, you can configure the VAT, set the applicable VAT rate in your country, and display the total amount and VAT value separately in the offer.
