Of course, you want to stay close to your guests. Fortunately, this also works with a little distance. With the improved online check-in, your guests can check-in hassle-free and easily online, upload and save their travel documents for future stays and accept the house rules and hygiene regulations. The deposit can also be paid online and you can cancel payments directly from the Re:Guest backend.
A personal Digital Concierge is available to your guests for the duration of their stay. He welcomes them on the day of arrival, provides them with important information contained in the digital guest folder and connects them to reception via the Re:Guest Messenger. Thus enabling you to be close to them at all times while, at the same time, keeping a safe distance.
On the last day of their stay, your guests will have the opportunity to view their bill and a detailed breakdown of costs online; they can also settle the bill there. For this purpose, Re:Guest offers various payment systems, such as Hobex, Nexi or the Hogast pay button.

A quick change to your offers and easy data import
From now on, you will never have to rewrite offers again. You can now change critical information, such as prices, directly before your guest has opened the offer. You can even adjust non-critical information, such as introductory texts, at any time that suits. Your guest will be notified about the changes by e-mail and can book the updated offer afterwards.
It is also now possible to import guest information and bookings in just a few clicks. This can be transferred to the Re:Guest system from a simple Excel list. Re:Guest has an automatic column recognition function and intelligent validation. This means that not only the type of information but also any possible errors are detected.
The import makes it possible for guests who have not booked via Re:Guest to enjoy access to its features. Sounds practical? It is, especially in this day and age.
