Do you want to address your guests in an even more targeted way? Thanks to Re:Guest, profiling takes place automatically via booking data and actions performed on the website (manual assignment is still possible, however).

- Labels for specific actions, such as the purchase of an additional service or an answer to a wish list: guests are automatically profiled as soon as they perform an action.

Re:Guest is now more modern and efficient than ever: we revised its design and some of Messenger ‘s functions (to the delight of your guests!).

Data cleaning
Detailed statistics through the specification of sources of request
Re:Guest has always believed in clean statistics - and to ensure this, we have improved the specification of sources of request even further.
- Unassigned sources of request now appear in the statistics as well. It is also possible to create specific rules for them.
- Already set rules can be double-checked through statistics. These ensure that they can be recognised and corrected immediately, should the configuration appear to be incorrect.
- The allocation of sources of request on offers has also been optimised. Your employees can now deposit and correct data more easily and intuitively - and the resulting analysis can only be more precise!

A more accurate overview
Integration of Incert's Loyalty system
Thanks to a partnership with Incert, it is now possible to view both points and club levels of which your guests are members. The cost of Incert Integration is Euro 200.
(Fee-based activation: one-off payment of €200)
- Guests can view their current points balance within their personal offer area and redeem them directly at the hotel of their choice.
- Front desk employees can retrieve each guest's current point balance directly from the Re:Guest database.

The Live Translator remains free of charge
Re:Guest's Live Translator is one of the most popular and used premium functions and allows you to communicate with your guests in their native language very easily. This function, which is designed for a simultaneous translation of messages in 6 languages, will remain free of charge. External costs for translations are covered by us.
