When you open a known guest’s message in Outlook, I’ll provide all relevant information, from past or upcoming stays to guest interests. Availability requests will be detected in Outlook and sent directly to Auto Offer, saving you time and delivering the guest an immediate response.

You’ve been able to filter contacts and send messages only to the right guests at the right time. Now, CRM lists are clearer and more detailed, letting you fully leverage data, create lists with one click, and launch highly targeted actions. For example, if your upcoming yoga retreat has spots open, you can filter “Yoga Enthusiasts” and “Last-Minute Bookers,” reaching only those most likely to book. You can also sync PMS contacts into Re:Guest, including profiles and marketing consents.
