ReGuest AG continues to climb the growth ladder: Merano-based orderando GmbH becomes part of us following opensmjle and indicate. With a 45% stake, we’re not only gaining an important strategic partner 🤝, but also adding another piece to the puzzle 🧩 of our Hotel CRM Re:Guest. Keyword: Guest App for upselling before arrival and during the stay.



The next growth step
This investment follows the 100% acquisition of the digital hotel marketing agency opensmjle GmbH 💛 from Cologne and the 33% stake in Indicate Data GmbH 📊, a data analytics and business intelligence company based in Offenburg.With this stake, we expand our product portfolio to include a Guest App 📲 that allows guests to book, order and reserve various services during their hotel stay – fully integrable into existing systems. The investment is also part of our Buy-and-Build strategy 📈, which we are pursuing as part of our international expansion.

What’s behind orderando?
Orderando GmbH originated from hotelfabrik Group GmbH, a South Tyrolean company known for its tailor-made IT and software solutions for hotels.
Orderando is currently the only guest app that covers all ordering, booking and rental touchpoints during a stay. With it, guests can, for example, book spa appointments 🧖‍♀️ and leisure activities 🏞️, order food and drinks 🍽️, or reserve sports facilities 🏸. Unlike comparable apps, orderando doesn't just send a request – bookings are made directly based on the hotel’s predefined rules. Thanks to partner interfaces and smart technologies, the app can be seamlessly integrated into existing systems. It boosts upselling 💰, ensures efficient workflows ⚙️, and lightens the workload for hotel teams.

Strategic & technological partnership
With orderando, we can integrate another key area into our envisioned all-in-one platform solution for Re:Guest. Our goal 🎯 is to cover the entire sales tech stack for hotels, including the tools needed to increase upselling before and during the stay, and to provide guests with an extra level of service 🌟.
