Customer service enthusiast
As a member of our Customer Service team, you’ll be looking after our ReGuest customers and carrying out exciting projects with them. You are an all-rounder with a finger in every pie. As a central, expert contact, you understand what our customers want and provide rapid support if there are any problems from receiving orders to day-to-day operations.
Your tasks:

- Setting up our ReGuest offer tool and coordinating the project from receiving the order through to launch
- Carrying out customer training, mainly online
- Supporting and advising customers and business partners if there are user questions or technical problems
Your profile:
- High affinity for Internet technology
- Precise and structured working
- You enjoy customer contact, are patient and diplomatic
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- Very good German and Italian skills, both spoken and written
- Hotel experience, preferably on reception or in the reservations department is a plus

As a member of our Inbound Sales & marketing team, you are a marketer with a licence to sell. Your daily activities include new customer or regular customer support.
