Overview of the New Features

We define them.To make sure you stay ahead – as always – and get the most out of me as the most intelligent Hotel CRM, we’ve fine-tuned new features and optimized key areas. Get ready for the brand-new Booking Link and a Re:Guest Messenger like you’ve never seen before.
🔗 Booking Link in the Re:Guest Messenger

From now on, your (future) guests can not only start a guided inquiry in my Messenger, they can also make a guided booking. Here’s how it works: after clicking on “Book now”, the guest selects the desired dates, followed by the number of nights and persons. With a click on “Show booking options”, the guest is automatically redirected to your website or booking engine, with all details already filled in. One last click on the preferred option and the vacation is booked! Your guests will love the new feature, and so will you. The easier the process, the more bookings you get!
📧 Booking Link in the newsletter

The new Booking Link isn’t limited to the Messenger. You can now integrate it into your Re:Guest newsletters too. This creates additional booking incentives and makes it even easier for guests to choose you. For more direct bookings and more revenue!
🤖 AI Chatbot CR:IS assists with booking

AI Chatbot CR:IS can now too use the new Booking Link. Until now, it could only guide guests through the inquiry process, now it can support the entire booking process. After CR:IS collects the preferred dates and number of guests, it takes them straight to the booking page or booking engine. This makes CR:IS an even stronger sales assistant, charmingly selling your rooms – the direct way.
💬 Optimized Re:Guest Messenger

As part of the Re:Guest Release Week Spring 25, we’ve also redesigned my Messenger for hotel-guest-communication, to make it more user-friendly and intuitive. The most important buttons – like the one to switch to WhatsApp – are now positioned at the top and pinned in the toolbar. The next step in the guest journey (e.g. “Online Check-In”) is always visible via the “Your upcoming vacation” button. Design and navigation have been improved too: for example, the inquiry window now opens directly within the Messenger.
