Reguest S.p.A (the "Company") hereby announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), previously scheduled for 30th april 2026, will be postponed to 29th may.The Board of Directors has resolved to postpone the AGM to allow sufficient time to comprehensively integrate the results of new equity participations that have recently been acquired or materially expanded into the Company's annual financial statements.These investments are of strategic significance to the Company. The additional 30-day period is required to conduct a thorough analysis of the economic impact of these new participations on the Company's assets, earnings, and future business planning. The postponement is intended to ensure that shareholders receive a complete and accurate picture of the Company's overall performance and financial position before being called upon to vote on the agenda items.The Company will publish a revised notice of the AGM, including the updated date, time, and venue, in accordance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. All previously announced agenda items remain unchanged.
