Block spam numbers and follow up by phone more effectively: there’s news!
Work smarter, sell more
04.09.2026
In our September Shortcuts, we're introducing four new features at once. Discover what’s new, from finally blocking spam numbers on WhatsApp to managing phone follow-ups in a more structured way.
1️. Exclude add-on services from deposit calculations
Not every add-on service needs to be included in the deposit amount requested from your guests. With the "Exclude from deposit calculation" option, you can remove individual services, such as the tourist tax, from the calculation. Flexible and fully aligned with your standards.
2️. Block spam numbers on WhatsAppAnnoying spam messages from unknown numbers?
Until now, there was nothing you could do about them. From now on, ReGuest allows you to block unwanted conversations with a single click on "Block conversation (Spam)". This prevents any further messages from that number. If needed, you can reactivate the number at any time by clicking "Activate phone number".
3️. Phone follow-up: contact lists filtered by offer age and scheduled call date
Until now, ReGuest helped you identify contacts with open offers that were suitable for a phone follow-up. But it didn't tell you when to call them. Two new filters make it easier to manage your follow-up list: you can now filter contacts by scheduled call date and offer age. This helps you reach potential guests at the right moment and ensures no booking opportunity slips through the cracks.
4️. Phone follow-up: list of contacts with expired offers
Speaking of not missing booking opportunities: with ReGuest, even expired offers can still turn into bookings. A new filter in the follow-up list allows you to view these contacts in one place, proactively reach out to them, and encourage them to complete their booking.
