Knowing your guests and giving them the right care matters - but important info can easily fall through the cracks. To avoid that, internal notes about your guests will now be transferred directly from the inquiry to the booking confirmation 📥.

Because let’s be honest - it’s super frustrating when important guest info gets lost somewhere between the inquiry and the actual stay 😬. But now, thanks to a new Re:Guest update, internal notes added during the inquiry phase are automatically included in the booking confirmation. That way, everyone on the front desk team sees them and can tailor the experience accordingly 👥✨.
