Buy and Build: the journey continues
This investment follows the acquisition of digital hotel marketing agency opensmjle GmbH (Cologne), a 33% stake in Indicate Data GmbH (Offenburg), and a 45% stake in guest app company orderando GmbH.
With this acquisition, ReGuest AG further strengthens its Sales Tech Stack for the hospitality industry and offers clients powerful technical integrations β a key step forward in its Buy and Build strategy π§±β.
