ReGuest goes international 🌍! After five investments and acquisitions in the DACH region, we are taking our first major step toward international expansion: acquiring 100% of UP Hotel Agency in the United Kingdom. This milestone opens the door to new markets and connects us with a partner who, just like us, aims to reach new levels of growth.
What does UP Hotel Agency do?
UP Hotel Agency Ltd, based in Rugby, England, is an award-winning and highly respected digital marketing agency for hotels and the tourism industry 🏨🖥️. Led by CEO David Ohandjanian, the company offers services designed to increase direct bookings, including bespoke website development, UX design, SEO, AI optimisation and paid search.Its sister company, Adao Ltd, provides digital marketing services primarily for the education and manufacturing sectors and also becomes part of the ReGuest Group through the acquisition.
